I did this workout and my kegals have never been stronger. I’m a little smart ass short and stout shirt. On a less positive note, my underwear has been swallowed up somewhere and there is no hope of getting them back. Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor, so none of the pelvic organs falls into the vagina. it actually has nothing to do with the vagina itself lol. I should NOT have watched this with my pest control guy here. He actually came and popped his head out to see wtf I was watching. I fully understood in this situation, I probably would have been quite curious too if I’d heard someone watching it lol. I won’t name names but someone put a sad emoji on my comment, and you know who you are. Believe me, you’re not raining on anyone’s parade but your own. I’m sad to say this Helen video didn’t grab me because I’ve seen a lot of similar ones. I like the videos you do specifically your character and her family much better. I’m sorry. Everything doesn’t have to be simplistically polarized, Mandate McClellan. I didn’t love this one but that doesn’t make me a ‘hater’. Introduce some variance into your life, you’ll feel better for it.
